青藏高原典型县域特色畜种调查数据集（2019-2024）

该数据集为青藏高原典型县域特色畜种调查数据集，包含了青藏高原特色畜种的群系调查数据、畜种相关生产性能调查数据、畜种样品采集信息表和畜种图集，是子专题四5年调查的成果。完成了青藏高原247个县特色畜种调查，深入51个县开展了进一步调查，共调查畜种65种，获得畜种生产性能数据918份，采集畜种血液1802管，为制作青藏高原特色畜种核心产区分布图和县域分布图集提供了基础数据支持。牦牛品种有九龙牦牛、麦洼牦牛、甘南牦牛、类乌齐牦牛等，绵羊有半细毛羊、黑裘皮羊、甘加藏羊等；山羊有紫绒山羊和藏山羊。

This dataset is a county-level survey dataset of typical characteristic livestock breeds on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. It encompasses survey data on the breed groups of characteristic livestock breeds, production performance-related survey data of livestock breeds, livestock sample collection information sheets, and livestock breed atlases, which represent the 5-year survey achievements of Sub-topic 4. Surveys of characteristic livestock breeds have been conducted across 247 counties on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, with in-depth follow-up investigations carried out in 51 of these counties. A total of 65 livestock breeds were surveyed, 918 sets of livestock production performance data were obtained, and 1802 livestock blood samples were collected. This dataset provides fundamental data support for the compilation of distribution maps of core production areas and county-level distribution atlases of characteristic livestock breeds on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Specifically, the surveyed yak breeds include Jiulong Yak, Maiwa Yak, Gannan Yak, Leiwuqi Yak, etc.; sheep breeds include semi-fine wool sheep, black fur sheep, Ganjia Tibetan sheep, etc.; and goat breeds include purple cashmere goat and Tibetan goat.
