Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability: A Bibliometric Analysis and Systematic Literature
收藏资源简介:
This study explores the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), business performance, and sustainable development through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer. Data were collected from the Scopus database on 14 October 2026, yielding 1,089 initial records. After the screening, selection, and data-cleaning processes, 11 articles were included in the final analysis. The results highlight sustainability, corporate social responsibility, sustainable development, and community engagement as prominent themes in the selected publications. The reviewed literature links CSR to several potential business-related outcomes, including corporate reputation, stakeholder trust, customer loyalty, employee-related outcomes, and stronger stakeholder relationships. CSR is also discussed in the context of environmental protection, community development, circular-economy practices, and broader sustainability objectives. Furthermore, the analysis identifies several factors relevant to effective CSR implementation, such as leadership commitment, management involvement, transparency, accountability, stakeholder engagement, and organizational capacity. These findings should be interpreted with caution, as the relatively small dataset and bibliometric approach provide insights into thematic relationships rather than evidence of causal effects or measurable financial outcomes. Overall, this study offers an overview of CSR research and illustrates how business, social, and environmental considerations are interconnected.
