Data used in: Surfactant-Mediated Epitaxial Growth of Single-Layer Graphene in an Unconventional Orientation on SiC

We present here the raw data used to produce the figures in the publication Bocquet et al. Phys. Rev. Lett. 125 106102 (2020). Unless explicitly stated, all metadata necessary to analyze the data is included in the files (or filenames) themselves. The raw data are placed in a separated folder for each figure or set of figures. The presented T graphene sample is called 'Igel'. The presented S graphene sample is called 'Coffee'. The presented lqG-R0° sample is called 'Fanny'. Fig. 1: 550⨉550 pixels corresponds to 170⨉170 Volts. The profiles are given in Volts. The file names are self explaining. Fig. 2 and S5: The file names are self explaining. Fig. 3 and S6: Files 150332 to 150336 were measured on Coffee. Files 118699 to 118709 are were measured on Igel.
