Trace metals supplementation impact under carbon deprivation (DNA & RNA)

This study delves into a CO2-fixating microbiome subjected to short-term progressive intermittent feeding, aiming to evaluate the resilience of pivotal species. Moreover, we supplemented cultures with either Ni or Co to probe their impact on post-starvation recovery, investigating the potential influence of trace element supplementation on the microbiome's adaptability and stress response.
