资源简介:
We have shown that GBM patient-derived mouse orthotopic xenografts (PDX) present variable sensitivity to TMZ treatment, depending on their DNA-repair capacity. Furthermore, we have observed a high incidence of symptomatic secondary thoracic lesions several weeks after TMZ treatment in the mouse PDX lines that are highly responsive to treatment.
