Comparison between near-inertial oscillations and near-inertial internal waves induced by a cyclone passage in the deep ocean

These files includes code and data in the format of Matlab. 'Data_submitted.m' is the code file to output parameters from ROMS files. 'data_Y-section_Temp.mat' is the temperature along a specific cross-track section (X = 600 km). 'data_Y-section_U-eastward.mat' is the original velocity component (u) along a specific cross-track section (X = 600 km). 'data_Y-section_V-northward.mat' is the original velocity component (v) along a specific cross-track section (X = 600 km).
