Sample Data for Scale Image Processing

This repository contains data for testing code for image processing, available at https://gitlab.unige.ch/phreg/osteoblast-maturation-front-2026. During the review process, the repository also contains the code itself, as the git repository is not public yet. Instructions: Download the code (osteoblast-maturation-front-2026.zip) and the sample data (data.zip); unzip them; and follow the instructions in the README file of the code.
