Sill interactions Govern Carbon Release and reveal magmatic flux limits in Large Igneous Provinces: Insights from Quasi-3D Modeling
收藏资源简介:
Dataset generated by TuLIP for the paper titled 'Sill interactions Govern Carbon Release and reveal magmatic flux limits in Large Igneous Provinces: Insights from Quasi-3D Modeling'.TuLIP model code is available at https://github.com/Aristle12/TuLIP.git This data does not inlcude the vtk files required for visualization, but it does contain the basic numpy files from which the visualizations can be constructed. The files also contain the emissions history results and the scaling required to scale from 2D to 3D. The folder structure (for TuLIP-sillcubes.zip) is: /flux/emplacementparams{volume}.csv - The position and geometries of the sills needed to build the 3D cube /flux/sillcube{volume}.npy - The numpy binary containing the 3D cube /flux/volume/ CO2_stats.csv - the csv file containing the total emissios from each slice - This is used to scale emissions /flux/volume/slice/sill_distances.csv - The csv file containing information on sill distances used to constain magmatic flux /flux/volume/slice/dts.csv - The time steps in years /flux/volume/slice/times.csv - The emissions history for the slice Warning: The total file size is about 84 GB after extraction from the zip file The CO2_checker notebook contains plotting codes. The vtk files and tot_RCO2_csv contains the initial carbon state after thermal maturation and the thermam maturation emissiosn history (outputs from silli_initial_state.py)
