资源简介:

Datasets used in the study of polyploid persistence in local Oxalis obliquifolia populations in Gauteng, South Africa. The first dataset, "Abiotic variables", include all the data collected to test associations between cytotype and abiotic conditions, to assess possible differentiation in abiotic niche between cytotypes. The dataset "Flower phenology" included records of the number of days to initial anthesis, and final flower senescence for diploids and polyploids included in the common garden experiment. The dataset "Morphological data at peak of season" contains all the quantitative and qualitative morphological traits captured at the peak of the growing season for diploids, tetraploids and hexaploids in the common garden experiment. The next dataset, "Morphological data two months after emergence", include the same characters, but measured 2 months after the emergence of each individual plant. The "Seed-set and crossing data" data set include the number of seeds that resulted from each type of cross performed, in combination with each maternal cytotype, during the crossing experiment. "Vegetative phenology" includes data about the number of days for emergence and senescence of individual plants (diploids, tetraploids and hexaploids) included in the common garden experiment.
