Simulation files for hierarchical species delimitation with MSC/GDI

Files for replicating the species delimitation simulation of species ABCD and X, where ABCD is one species with a large geographic distribution, and X is a new species with no gene flow with ABCD. There is gene flow with M = Nm = 2 between the adjacent populations of ABCD (both ancestral and extant populations). The folder includes an MCcoal simulation control file for simulating 100 loci (500 bp each) for populations A, B, C, D, and X. Also included are BPP analysis files for MSC analysis (data files, Imap files, and control files). Four replicate control files are provided for each analysis (with different starting seeds).
