Aspirin acetylates the cyclooxygenase, prostaglandin G/H synthase 2 (PTGS2) aka COX2. The acetylated PTGS2 triggers the formation of 15R-hydroxyeicosatetraenoate (15R-HETE) from arachidonate (Claria & Serhan 1995).
阿司匹林通过乙酰化环氧化酶，前列腺素G/H合酶2（PTGS2），亦称COX2，从而触发15R-羟基二十碳四烯酸（15R-HETE）从花生四烯酸（Claria & Serhan 1995）的生成。
