RNA sequencing to compare gene expression in control and CMTM6 knockdown colon cancer cells

Human colorectal cancer cell line HCT116 was purchased from ATCC (Manassas, VA, USA). They were transduced with lentiviruses encoding control shRNA or CMTM6 shRNA.
