Soil microbial diversity of 42 samples Metagenome. soil metagenome

These data contain the information about the response of soil bacterial diversity and composition to soil acidification at two temporal scales. The first is an ecological scale of ten year’s mimic nitrogen deposition, and the second is an evolutionary scale of natural soil acidification. Samples 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-18 and 19-21 represent the treatment of adding 0, 1.75, 5.25, 10.5, 17.5 and 28 g N m-2 yr-1, respectively. The other 24 samples are collected along the latitude of 43ºN and the longitude of 116ºE in the Mainland of China. We provide a spreadsheet with each sample in the rawdata folder .For the work are done in the open some exect value we are not sure.
