MICL Datasets and Model Checkpoints

This repository contains datasets and trained model checkpoints described in Canepa et al. (in prep), to predict ICL fractions for given images of galaxy clusters using machine learning. 

artificial_dataset.zip contains a Tensorflow dataset supervised_data for use in training the model. finetuning_data.zip contains two numpy arrays of the finetuning images and labels for those images. checkpoint-trained.zip contains the checkpoint files for the model after having been trained on the dataset in artificial_dataset.zip. checkpoint-finetuned.zip contains the checkpoint files for the model after being finetuned on the data in finetuning_data.zip.
