This dataset is the supporting data for manuscript JRRRRP-2025-0098.R2, corresponding to the research topic of salt tolerance analysis of rice osrr22 mutant induced by 60Co - γ radiation. It includes all the statistical data from Figure 2 to Figure 7 in the manuscript. The specific content is as follows: 1. Relevant data in Figure 2: Dynamic monitoring data of relative water loss rate during 5 days of salt stress treatment in seedling stage; Statistical data on the final survival rate of plants cultured in normal nutrient solution for 4 days after 7 days of salt stress; 2. Figure 3 Relevant data: Summary data of average yield per mu and seed setting rate of the tested materials at 10 salt tolerance test points; The main agronomic traits of two salt tolerance test sites with salt concentration gradients (0.3-0.5%, 0.5-0.7%) in Yangjiang, Guangdong Province were measured, including plant height, number of effective panicles per plant, panicle length, number of grains per panicle, seed setting rate, and thousand grain weight; 3. Figure 4 Relevant data: Measurement data of plant tissue Na ⁺ content, K ⁺ content, and Na ⁺/K ⁺ ratio. In the experimental design, 4 biological replicates were set for each sample. Due to some sample size limitations, there were 3 biological replicates for wild-type grains and 2 biological replicates for mutant panicles and stems. 4. Figure 5 Related data: Hormone content determination data of the test material, and correlation analysis data between different hormones in the mutant. 5. Figure 6 Relevant data: Measurement data of the main components of the cell wall, as well as expression level data of genes related to cell wall synthesis and regulation. 6. Figure 7 Relevant data: Statistical results of all differentially expressed genes obtained from RNA seq sequencing analysis, GO functional enrichment and KEGG pathway enrichment of differentially expressed genes, and expression level data of known cell wall related differentially expressed genes; Analysis of hormone pathway gene regulatory network based on Cytoscape software.
