16S rDNA full-length assembly sequencing technology analysis of cervical microbiome of IVF Patients

To study the relationship of the cervical microbiota and reproductive outcomes in IVF patients, we recruited 120 patients from the Reproductive Department of Shengjing Hospital. We recorded their clinical indexes, and sequenced their cervical samples by 16S rDNA full-length assembly sequencing technology (16S-FAST).
