The dataset includes diffusion data of samples with different degrees of silicon deposition in n-hexane and benzene molecules, structural characterization, acid site characterization, and product distribution data of polyethylene catalytic cracking.

ZSM-5 zeolite was supplied by Nankai University Catalyst Factory. Ammonium chloride (NH4Cl, analytical grade) was obtained from Shanghai Aladdin Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. n-Hexane (C6H14, analytical grade), benzene (C6H6, analytical grade), p-xylene (C8H10, analytical grade), tetraethyl -orthosilicate (TEOS, ≥28.4% as SiO2, analytical grade), and absolute ethanol (C2H6O, analytical grade) were all sourced from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) was purchased from Dongguan Jinheng Plastic Co., Ltd and dichloromethane was procured from Beijing Inokai Technology Co., Ltd. High-purity nitrogen gas (N2, ≥99.999%) was provided by Fushun Tianrong Gas Factory. Hydrogen and air were supplied by a hydrogen generator (BFRL-H500) and an automatic air source (GCB-200), respectively.
