Association of Ace1 duplications with pirimiphos-methyl resistance in specimens carrying both 280G and 280S alleles, from nine West African populations of A. coluzzii and A. gambiae.

For each population, we report number of sampled specimens (n), and the results of three binomial generalised linear models (GLM): (i) using the number of Ace1 copies as the predictor variable, (ii) using the 280S-to-280G allelic ratio, and (iii) a minimal model obtained with step-wise reduction, according to the Bayesian Information Criterion (BIC). For each model, we report the p-value from a comparison with a null model (ANOVA χ2 test) and odds ratios (OR) with 95% confidence intervals for the variables included in the model.
