Predictors included pemphigus subtype (PF vs PV), age >50 years, sex, number of rituximab cycles (≥2 vs 1), time from diagnosis to rituximab initiation (>12 months vs ≤12), and concurrent use of oral corticosteroids or steroid-sparing agents. Odds ratios are displayed on a logarithmic scale with 95% confidence intervals (horizontal lines). The dashed vertical line at OR = 1 represents no effect. Numerical results are provided in Table 4.
