Transcriptome sequencing and TCR sequencing on refractory Graves disease

Graves disease (GD) is a T cell-mediated organ-specific autoimmune disorder. GD patients who were euthyroid to mildly thyrotoxic with anti-thyroid drugs treatment for more than 5 years were defined as refractory GD (rGD). To develop novel immune therapies for rGD, we aimed to explore the immune mechanism of intractability in GD through transcriptome sequencing and TCR sequencing.
