RNA sequencing of mouse lung endothelial cells from male wildtype (TET2fl/fl Cre negative, tamoxifen-injected) or endothelial-specific TET2 knockout mice (TET2fl/fl, Cdh5-CreERT2 positive, tamoxifen-injected) fed either a standard chow diet or a high fat diet for 20 weeks. Overall design: Mouse lung endothelial cell RNA from 4 groups (3 biological replicates per group): WT_CHOW (TET2fl/fl Cre negative, tamoxifen-injected chow-fed mice), WT_HFD (TET2fl/fl Cre negative, tamoxifen-injected high fat diet-fed mice), KO_CHOW (TET2fl/fl, Cdh5-CreERT2 positive, tamoxifen-injected chow-fed mice), KO_HFD (TET2fl/fl Cdh5-CreERT2 positive, tamoxifen-injected high fat diet-fed mice)
