资源简介:
This study aims to analyse the structural and functional changes in the gut microbiota of constipated mice using metagenomics technology to reveal the potential association between gut microbiota and the development of constipation. The research objectives include: (1) identifying differences in microbiota composition between constipated mouse models and healthy control groups, particularly key bacterial genera with functions such as promoting peristalsis or metabolising short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs); (2) elucidating the mechanisms by which microbiota influence intestinal neural regulation or intestinal motility; (3) providing theoretical basis for developing probiotic strategies for the prevention and treatment of constipation. The scientific value of this study lies in elucidating the pathogenesis of constipation from a microbiological perspective, thereby clarifying the clinical application potential of probiotics for the prevention and treatment of constipation.
