This dataset is a biological pathway database that includes equivalence relationships and part-whole relationships, used to predict the crosstalk and hierarchical relationships between different pathways. This dataset is employed to train knowledge graph embedding (KGE) models, as well as to predict interactions between biological pathways, with the prediction results evaluated by domain experts. This task aims to predict novel crosstalk and hierarchical relationships between biological pathways.
