Output Dataset: Processed scRNA-seq Analysis Derived from Public GEO GSE176078 (TNBC Atlas)

The data set includes processed analytical outputs from the publicly available NCBI GEO (GSE176078 (TNBC scRNA-seqAtlas)) dataset. The original data were collected by the original study authors and published in their own research and are freely available in study databases such as GEO. The deposited files only contain processed AnnData objects (.h5ad), derived model outputs, immune phenotype scores, as well as downstream computational analysis results using the TNBC PDCD1/CD2 analysis pipeline. No raw sequence files (Fastq/BAM files) are provided. There were no protected health information, direct identifiers or indirect identifiers in the deposit. The patient identifiers is terms of de-identified study labels in the original GEO submission. Thus the data set is human subjects research de-identified data from publicly available source.
