Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Fexuprazan in Canine Chronic Gastritis_raw data

This dataset contains the raw clinical data from a randomized, open-label, active-controlled, multicenter phase 2 clinical trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of fexuprazan in dogs with gastritis. A total of 27 dogs were screened, of which 20 completed the 4-week treatment. Dogs were randomized to one of four groups: low-dose fexuprazan (0.5 mg/kg, PO, SID), high-dose fexuprazan (1.0 mg/kg, PO, SID), famotidine (0.5 mg/kg, PO, SID), or esomeprazole (0.5 mg/kg, PO, SID). The dataset includes case report form (CRF)-based records of baseline characteristics, clinical manifestation scores (vomiting, appetite, stool consistency, vitality) assessed by owners and veterinarians, endoscopic evaluations with histopathological grading. Data are presented at multiple time points (Day 0, Day 3, Day 5, and Day 28) for efficacy and safety endpoints. These raw data support the findings reported in the manuscript, allowing independent verification of clinical outcomes and safety assessments.
