SNP genotypes of Aphis gossypii from nine locations in BeijingThe file refers to the result of genotyping. A total of 90 aphids were genotyped for SNP loci. 2b-RAD sequencing and genotyping was outsourced to Shanghai OE Biotech Ltd (Shanghai, China).
