对本公司生产的红茶进行抽样检测,检测项目吡虫啉含量,吡虫啉含量是其食品安全的重要指标,从而为红茶质量分析评价提供事实依据。数据采集,随机抽取红茶成品,对该成品进行吡虫啉含量进行检测。数据判定:若铅实测值不大于0.5mg/L,则该成品为合格,w=(A1×V1×V3×ρ)/(A2×V2×V4×m):w为试样中吡虫啉的含量,mg/L,A1为试样中组分的峰面积或峰高,V1为试样中提取的总体积(ml),V3为浓缩后甲醇定容体积(ml),ρ为标准溶液中吡虫啉质量浓度(mg/L),A2为标准样中组分的峰面积或峰高,V2为净化用提取液的总体积(ml),V4为进样体积(μL),m为试样称样量,g。

This dataset is developed based on sampling and testing of black tea products produced by our company, with the detection item being imidacloprid content. Imidacloprid content is a critical indicator for the food safety of black tea, providing factual evidence for the quality analysis and evaluation of black tea. Data Collection: Finished black tea products are randomly sampled, and the imidacloprid content of each sampled product is detected. Data Judgment: A finished black tea product is considered qualified if its measured lead content is no more than 0.5 mg/L. The calculation formula for imidacloprid content in the test sample is: $$w = frac{A_1 imes V_1 imes V_3 imes ho}{A_2 imes V_2 imes V_4 imes m}$$ Where: - $w$: Imidacloprid content in the test sample, unit: mg/L - $A_1$: Peak area or peak height of the target component in the test sample - $V_1$: Total volume of the extract from the test sample, unit: mL - $V_3$: Constant volume of methanol after concentration, unit: mL - $ ho$: Mass concentration of imidacloprid in the standard solution, unit: mg/L - $A_2$: Peak area or peak height of the target component in the standard sample - $V_2$: Total volume of the extraction solution for purification, unit: mL - $V_4$: Sample injection volume, unit: μL - $m$: Mass of the sampled test specimen, unit: g
