通过COD在线监测仪来实时检测污水站排放口出水水质的COD数据,智能分析企业污水站COD变化趋势,及时发现水质异常情况并进行预警。为企业污水站处理能力进行有效评价,为企业污水站维护、改造、提升提供数据支持,为企业新产品新项目引进和建设提供环保数据参考。采样预警阈值标准评价方法。1、数据检测:采用COD在线监测仪,在自动监测监控数据采集系统中设置仪器参数:监测点,测量范围、采样方式、采样间隔、测量周期、消解温度、消解周期、校准周期等参数。仪器自带采样器,采用自动取样并送入仪器检测。2、数据采集及输出:采集检测时间和COD检测数据,并在自动监测监控数据采集系统中输出。3、数据处理:计算COD变化趋势,公式为:COD变化趋势=(本次检测的COD值-预设值)/预设值×100%,这里预设值为300mg/L。4、数据评价:根据GB8978-88《污水综合排放标准》规定COD三级排放标准为500mg/L,制定COD预警阈值为500mg/L;结合企业污水站设计COD处理后排放浓度300mg/L,计算COD变化趋势=500mg/L/300mg/L-1=66.7%,制定略低于理论COD变化趋势的预警阈值+50%,当测得的COD测量值和变化趋势均未超过阈值时,则对应的预警值为0;反之,当测得的COD测量值和变化趋势任意一项超过阈值时,则对应的预警值为1,并启动系统预警。5、数据加密:将处理后的水质COD监测数据存储到数据库或文件中,采用加密算法进行加密。
This dataset uses COD online monitoring instruments to conduct real-time detection of COD data in the effluent water quality at the discharge outlet of enterprise sewage treatment stations, intelligently analyzes the COD variation trends of the sewage stations, timely detects abnormal water quality conditions and issues early warnings. It effectively evaluates the treatment capacity of enterprise sewage treatment stations, provides data support for the maintenance, renovation and upgrading of enterprise sewage stations, and offers environmental protection data references for the introduction and construction of new products and projects of enterprises. The early warning threshold-based evaluation method is adopted as follows:
1. Data Detection: A COD online monitoring instrument is employed, and instrument parameters including monitoring point, measurement range, sampling method, sampling interval, measurement cycle, digestion temperature, digestion cycle and calibration cycle are set in the automatic monitoring and data acquisition system. The instrument is equipped with a built-in sampler, which automatically collects samples and sends them to the instrument for detection.
2. Data Collection and Output: Collect the detection time and COD detection data, and output them through the automatic monitoring and data acquisition system.
3. Data Processing: Calculate the COD variation trend with the formula: COD variation trend = (current COD value - preset value) / preset value × 100%, where the preset value is 300 mg/L.
4. Data Evaluation: According to the third-level COD discharge standard of 500 mg/L specified in GB8978-88 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard, the COD early warning threshold is set to 500 mg/L; combined with the designed post-treatment COD discharge concentration of 300 mg/L of the enterprise sewage station, the theoretical COD variation trend is calculated as 500 mg/L / 300 mg/L - 1 = 66.7%. The early warning threshold of +50% which is slightly lower than the theoretical COD variation trend is formulated. If both the measured COD value and the variation trend do not exceed the threshold, the corresponding early warning value is 0; otherwise, if either the measured COD value or the variation trend exceeds the threshold, the corresponding early warning value is 1, and the system early warning is triggered.
5. Data Encryption: Store the processed water quality COD monitoring data in a database or file, and encrypt it using an encryption algorithm.
