The file "Data" contains the datasets presented in the paper titled "Inverse Design to Capture Latent Real-space Topology in Aperiodic Systems Through Machine Learning". There are three folders named "Coupling_for_1D_IDA_model", "Coupling_for_2D_IDA_model", and "Experiments_with_disorders". The first one contains three sheets—"Initial_settings", "Frequency_customization", "Distribution_customization", which are the raw data for generating Figs. 2, 3, S6, and S7. The second one contains three sheets—"Initial_settings", "Frequency_customization", "Distribution_customization", which are the raw data for generating Figs. 5, S10, and S11. The third one contains the raw data from experiments for generating Fig.4c.<br>The file "Code" contains the related code of the paper titled " Inverse Design to Capture Latent Real-space Topology in Aperiodic Systems Through Machine Learning". There are six folders named "GDOA_1D", "GDOA_2D", "1D_original_spectral_localizer", "1D_reduced_spectral_localizer", "2D_original_spectral_localizer", and "Winding_number". The first one contains the codes for generating coupling in Figs. 2, 3, and Figs. S6, S7. The second one contains the codes for generating coupling in Fig. 5, and Figs. S10, S11. The third one contains the codes for generating Figs. 2j–2r. The fourth one contains the codes for generating Figs. 3g–3i, 3k–3m, 3o–3q, 3s–3u, and Figs. 5e, 5g, 5i. The fifth one contains the codes for generating Figs. S9b–S9d, S9f–S9h, and S9j–S9l. The sixth one contains the codes for generating Figs. 3f, 3j, 3n, and 3r.
