To investigate the effect of naotopography on the gene expression of BMMSCs in the early stage, we respectively cultured BMMSCs on the surfaces of NT100(100-nanometer nanotubes) and ST (Smooth) for 6 hours.
为探究纳米形貌(nanotopography)对骨髓间充质干细胞(Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells, BMMSCs)早期基因表达的影响,我们分别将骨髓间充质干细胞接种于NT100(100纳米纳米管)与ST(光滑表面)的表面,培养6小时。
