Effect of TiO2 nanotubes on early gene expression of BMMSCs

To investigate the effect of naotopography on the gene expression of BMMSCs in the early stage, we respectively cultured BMMSCs on the surfaces of NT100(100-nanometer nanotubes) and ST (Smooth) for 6 hours.为探究纳米形貌（nanotopography）对骨髓间充质干细胞（Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells, BMMSCs）早期基因表达的影响，我们分别将骨髓间充质干细胞接种于NT100（100纳米纳米管）与ST（光滑表面）的表面，培养6小时。
