Based on the type and specification of the photovoltaic module of solar courtyard lamps, relevant parameters of the EL tester shall be configured, including detection voltage, current, exposure time, etc. Then, the defect types and locations of the photovoltaic modules can be analyzed according to the luminescent images provided by the EL tester. This solution can be applied in the following three aspects:
1. Defect Treatment: For detected defects, timely recording and processing shall be carried out. Corresponding treatment measures such as repair or replacement can be adopted based on the defect types and locations. The causes of such defects can be divided into two categories: incoming material-related issues and human-induced factors. Although the quality of incoming materials cannot be fully controlled, it is entirely feasible to eliminate such defects by strengthening management across all relevant manufacturing processes, minimizing the impact of human factors, and ensuring that all photovoltaic modules pass the EL test 100% before shipment. For solar courtyard lamps, rough manual installation during the on-site setup process may also lead to secondary defects.
2. Report Compilation: Organize the test results into a clear, concise and easy-to-understand report that comprehensively records the performance status of the solar courtyard lamps and all identified issues. This report enables production teams and management to fully grasp the performance of the products and the required improvement measures.
3. Reliability Reference for Purchasers: The test results can provide a reliable basis for various purchasers to evaluate the reliability of this product when making purchasing decisions. For pre-shipment quality control, daily EL tests shall be conducted on solar courtyard lamp products every day of each month: configure the relevant parameters of the EL tester based on the type and specification of the photovoltaic module of the target product (including detection voltage, current, exposure time, detection location, etc.), analyze the defect types and locations of the photovoltaic modules via the luminescent images provided by the EL tester, summarize the daily test data, count the defect type and location with the highest monthly proportion, record and handle them timely, and implement corresponding treatment measures.
