Data and key-result verification code for: Shared transcriptional responses to polystyrene particles: Enrichment in human neural stem/progenitor cell states

Frozen gene signatures, orthology mappings, derived statistical tables, figure source data and a portable key-result verification workflow accompanying the manuscript ‘Shared transcriptional responses to polystyrene particles: Enrichment in human neural stem/progenitor cell states’. The workflow verifies discovery signature membership, microglial count-based results and label permutations, saved null probabilities, LINCS saved-profile aggregation and Tahoe summary arithmetic. All 17 supported verification checks passed locally. Three GEO source files must be obtained separately using the accession and SHA256 manifest. This archive does not implement complete raw-data reprocessing or rerun the NSC model and full perturbation matrices. Large third-party matrices, historical machine-dependent scripts, manuscript files and AI illustration previews are excluded. Licence scope: MIT applies to original verification code; CC BY 4.0 applies to original author-owned derived data and documentation. Third-party content retains its original terms, as detailed in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt. The associated manuscript has not been represented as accepted or published.
