Turnover intention of nurses in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA)

This is a dataset on the turnover intentions of nurses in the GBA, which includes nearly 4,000 registered nurses from nine cities in Guangdong, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), and Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR). The data include nurses' socio-demographic information, self-efficacy, psychological empowerment, job embeddedness, turnover intention, and cross-border work intention.
