EPR + De Minimis Tariff Compliance Dataset（跨境，欧盟/英国/美国）是一个结构化的、机器可读的数据集，涵盖了欧盟、英国和美国的包装扩展生产者责任（EPR）制度和最低限度关税门槛。该数据集专为跨境电子商务卖家和AI代理设计，旨在填补现有在线资源多为人类可读叙述而几乎无法被AI代理或类型化应用程序使用的空白。数据集包含类型化架构、明确的current_state标志和每条记录的仅追加timeline，记录了已经发生和计划发生的事件。每条记录都引用了主要的政府来源（对于快速变化的过渡期，接受有信誉的命名次要来源），并带有明确的last_checked_at日期和confidence评级。数据集包含14条记录，其中7条为EPR记录，7条为最低限度关税记录，涵盖德国、法国、意大利、西班牙、荷兰、英国和美国。数据集以英语为主，日语为视图语言，最后检查日期为2026年4月27日，采用CC-BY 4.0许可证。

The EPR + De Minimis Tariff Compliance Dataset (Cross-Border, EU/UK/US) is a structured, machine-readable dataset of packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regimes and de minimis customs thresholds across EU, UK, and US, designed for cross-border e-commerce sellers and AI agents. The dataset fills the gap where most existing online resources are human-readable narrative — almost none are usable by AI agents or typed applications without scraping. It features a typed schema, explicit current_state flags, and an append-only timeline per record that records what already happened AND what is scheduled. Every record cites primary government sources (with reputable named secondary sources accepted for fast-moving transitions), carries an explicit last_checked_at date, and a confidence rating. The dataset contains 14 records, with 7 EPR records and 7 de_minimis_tariff records, covering Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, United Kingdom, and the United States. The master language is English with a Japanese view, last checked on 2026-04-27, and licensed under CC-BY 4.0.
