Sweet spheres - Succession and CAZyme expression of marine bacterial communities colonising a mix of alginate and pectin particles

This archive accompanies our manuscript "Sweet spheres - Succession and CAZyme expression of marine bacterial communities colonising a mix of alginate and pectin particles". Here, we studied the composition, functional diversity and gene expression of marine bacterial communities in a mixed pool of alginate and pectin particles. This Github repo describes the entire workflow. The raw sequencing data is available at Bioproject PRJEB38771.
