Digital Kennison: Supplementary datasets (YGS outputs and classification results) for the Drosophila melanogaster Y chromosome

Supplementary datasets for the manuscript "Digital Kennison: A bioinformatics pipeline for rapid mapping of sequences to the Drosophila melanogaster Y chromosome" (Uno and Carvalho). Supplementary Dataset 1 contains Y-linked Genome Score (YGS) output tables for all translocation-strain assemblies (sheets S1–S7) and per-scaffold P_VSC_UK values for the five assemblies used to validate R6 minor-scaffold Y-linkage (sheets S8–S12). Supplementary Dataset 2 contains Digital Kennison classification results (all parameter combinations) for benchmarked Y-linked sequences, centromere contigs, Tobler et al. (2017) transferred sequences, and two de novo assemblies (LILAP HiFi and ONT hifiasm), as well as cross-assembly validation tables between R6 and other assemblies with accompanying YGS data.
