Wimbledon dress code changes_data

The file in PDF format contains media publications that were analyzed for the purposes of the article. The data were taken from Nexis Uni, a database comprising bibliographic records (full-text access) from press, legal and business sources. The news media timeframe for this study was from 20 June 2022 (the first day of the 2022 Wimbledon tournament) through 16 July 2023 (the final day of the 2023 Wimbledon tournament). The keyword searches for ‘Wimbledon’ and ‘dress code’ or ‘underwear’ or ‘white’ were used to identify the relevant publications. Following the removal of duplicate and few irrelevant articles, and two artciles from Asia, 42 articles remained for analysis. Reflexive thematic analysis was applied to analyse the collected material. The final version of the file was created the 30th July 2025.
