AMDG Dataset v1.4 — 111 Government Digital Reform Cases, 58 Countries (Frozen Snapshot, December 2025) Anonymised Deposit for Peer Review

v1.4b (5 July 2026): Corrected Stats_Summary sheet — archetype labels re-aligned with computed statistics. All case-level scores (DSMI, ARMi, CRI, PDI, Archetype) unchanged from prior versions. Workbook refactored to five canonical publication sheets; Level 1–3 narrative columns and per-case update metadata columns removed from Case_Master. Narrative content is maintained as separate markdown files in the working archive and available on request. v4 restores the design document and Technical Note inadvertently omitted from v3. Frozen snapshot of the Adaptive Digital Governance (AMDG) master dataset, comprising 111 government digital reform cases across 58 countries and 13 governance sectors, coded against three composite indices: the Digital Systems Maturity Index (DSMI), the Action Research Maturity Index (ARMi), and the Chaos Resilience Index (CRI). Pipeline-human agreement of 0.94 (95% CI 0.90–0.97). All outputs are deterministically reproducible using np.random.seed(20251225). Snapshot date: 5 July 2026. Deposited as an open scholarly resource supporting the Adaptive Digital Governance (AMDG) research programme.
