GlyComb

GlyComb is a repository for glycoconjugate information, including glycopeptides, glycoproteins, glycolipids and glycosides. At the current prototype stage, GlyComb takes as input glycopeptides and the glycans attached to them (specified as GlyTouCan IDs).

GlyComb是一款存储糖结合物（glycoconjugate）信息的专业资源库，涵盖糖肽（glycopeptides）、糖蛋白（glycoproteins）、糖脂（glycolipids）及糖苷（glycosides）相关数据。目前处于原型阶段的GlyComb，其输入为糖肽及其所连接的聚糖（glycans），其中聚糖以GlyTouCan标识符（GlyTouCan ID）的形式指定。
