Barcoded DNA sequencing (BarSeq) samples from passaging of Caulobacter crescentus in medium containing cheesecloth

BarSeq experiment enriching for C. crescentus mutants that do not adhere to cheesecloth. Overall design: C. crescentus caulo_47 barcoded transposon library was grown in peptone-yeast extract (PYE) medium with (Cheese) or without (PYE) cheesecloth for five passages (1-5). Each passaging experiment was performed in triplicate (A, B and C).
