Yellow Warblers are a widespread migratory songbird species whose breeding range extends from northern Alaska into Mexico. They winter as far south as Ecuador and some resident populations persist throughout the year in the mangroves of coastal central America and on the Caribbean and Galapagos Islands.. These data have been produced as part of the CCGP. Sequencing was conducted with HiFi Pacific Biosciences long reads at UCDavis Genome Core, Dovetail's OmniC libraries, and Illumina sequencing at UCBerkeley QB3 Genomics Core.
