This dataset is applicable to the production scenarios of high-performance composite materials. Enterprises can leverage this dataset to conduct correlational analysis on full-process process parameters including raw material components (matrix materials, reinforcement types and their proportions), melting temperature, molding pressure, and key performance test results such as tensile strength and impact toughness, so as to accurately pinpoint the core process parameters that cause performance fluctuations. By combining information such as production work order numbers and equipment operation status records, enterprises can trace the root causes of differences, define the optimal control ranges for the parameters, reduce trial production losses, improve performance consistency during large-scale production, and lower rework costs incurred due to unqualified product performance.
