资源简介:
Objective To explore the predictive value of the serum negative costimulatory molecule B7 homolog 4(B7-H4)and carcinoembryonic gene Cripto-1(CR-1)level for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods 75 patients with NSCLC and 113 patients with Benign lung diseases (BLD) diagnosed in Hefei cancer hospital ,Chinese Academy of Sciences were chosen to detect the level of the serum B7-H4, CR-1, carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), and cytokeratin 19 segments (CYFRA21-1), and Pearson Correlation was used to analyze the correlation between them. The risk factors of NSCLC were analyzed by logistic regression, and the predictive value of B7-H4, CR-1, CA125 and CYFRA21-1 was determined by receiver operating characteristic curve. Results The level of the serum B7-H4, CR-1, CA125 and CYFRA21-1 in NSCLC Group higher than that of in BLD Group (P <0.05). The level of the serum B7-H4 and CR-1 in patients in NSCLC Group was positively correlated with that of CA125 and CYFRA21-1(P<0.05), respectively. Besides, B7-H4, CR-1, CA125, and CYFRA21-1 levels were risk factors for NSCLC (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the level of the serum B7-H4 and CR-1 predicted the area under curve(AUC)of the NSCLC was 0.912 and 0.933, and the AUC of the B7-H4 with CR-1 on the NSCLC was 0.984 (P<0.05). Conclusion The B7-H4 and CR-1 levels in the serum have a certain predictive value for NSCLC, and combined detection of B7-H4 and CR-1 has high specificity and sensitivity which has high clinical application value.
