WFS service of the urban development plan “Construction escape plan Schwann auxiliary installations” of the municipality of Straubenhardt, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.本数据集为德国施特劳本哈特（Straubenhardt）市城市发展规划"施万辅助设施逃生建设规划"对应的Web要素服务（Web Feature Service，WFS），其基于5.0版本的XPlanung规划数据集，并按照《空间信息基础设施倡议》（INSPIRE）规范完成了转换处理。
