Metabolomic data for Raw264.7 cells with and without ZnO NPs treatment

For characterization of metabolic profiles in Raw264.7 cells, 1×10⁷ cells per replicate (2 groups, 4 replicates per group) were sent to Metware Biotechnology for metabolomic analysis with an AB Sciex QTRAP 6500 LC-MS/MS platform. Differentially expressed metabolites (DEMs) were identified with criteria of fold change > 1.15 or <0.85 and P < 0.05 (two-sided unpaired t-tests).
