Organized data on fish stomach contents and invertebrate inputs to a stream

Haga. 2025. “Lateral movement of ground‐dwelling invertebrates resolves discrepancies between fish diet and terrestrial input data.” Freshwater Biology. https://doi.org/10.1111/fwb.70110This dataset is organized to analyze four aspects: (1) the ratio of the dry weight of terrestrial invertebrates in stomach contents, (2) the characteristics of terrestrial inputs captured in instream and bankside traps, both as total inputs and by taxonomic group, (3) comparisons between terrestrial inputs and fish stomach contents at the habitat level, and (4) comparisons at the taxonomic level.
