资源简介:
Saponins from mulberry are degraded by bacteria gut symbiont of silkworm. Objective is to identify the saponins and degradation product, as well as compare sample QS (standard saponins extract in minimal medium + methanol) vs QP (degradation extracts bacteria, minimal medium + methanol). The analytical standard Kaempferol 3-O-β -rutinoside (K3GR, CAS 17650-84-9, Sigma-Aldrich, Germany) was purchased and all solvents were of UHPLC-grade quality.
the folder contains the UHPLC-HRMS and MS/MS profiles of the standard K3GR and extracts QS/QP.
The file
Saponins_materials_methods_results.docx
contains the parameters of the samples analysis and summary of the results.
