This dataset includes (1) the Zn isotopic compositions of the bulk regolith and extracted pools and (2) the Zn isotopic composition and concentration of solution at different time intervals and (3) The Zn isotopic composition and proportion of Znstru, Znads, Znaq for hematite and goethite and (4) Mineral compositions (wt.%) for the BJ and GD profiles and (5) Contents of major elements (wt.%), TOC (wt.%), and S (%) content for the BJ and GD profiles and (6) the concentration of Zn for BHVO-2 and AGV-2 measured by ICP-OES and (7) the Zn proportion of extracted Zn pools and (8) the Zn isotopic composition and proportion of Znstru, Znads, Znferrihydrite, and Znaq for goethite at Zn/Fe =0.1 and (9) Mössbauer spectroscopic measurements on soil from BJ and GD profiles at ~295 K and ~11 K, respectively and (10) concentration (µg/g) of La, Th, Sc, and Ta and (11) Nd concentrations and isotope compositions of selective regolith samples in the GD profile.
