De novo transcriptome sequencing of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.

Here, we present a non-reference genome transcriptome sequencing project centered on de novo transcriptome profiling of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.For this study, 15 seed samples of P. sibiricum Red. were subjected to high-throughput sequencing using the Illumina platform, which generated approximately 6 gigabases (Gb) of raw sequence data. This dataset captures the transcriptomic landscape of P. sibiricum Red. seeds, enabling subsequent characterization of its gene expression repertoire and transcript diversity.
