Single cell gene expression profiling of the response of the dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus neurons to remote ischemic preconditioning [DMV_RIPC_RT-PCR]

We developed a mesoscale single cell transcriptomics data from hundreds of the dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus (DMV) neurons under homeostasis and following physiological perturbations. Our results revealed that homeostatic DMV neuronal states can be organized into distinguishable input-output signal processing units. Remote ischemic preconditioning induced a distinctive shift in the neuronal states towards diminishing the role of inhibitory inputs.本研究构建了稳态条件下及经生理扰动后的数百个迷走神经背运动核（dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus, DMV）神经元的中尺度单细胞转录组数据集。研究结果表明，稳态状态下的DMV神经元状态可被划分为若干可区分的输入-输出信号处理单元。远程缺血预处理可诱导神经元状态发生特异性转变，进而削弱抑制性输入的作用。
